Backstop is a powerful cloud-based productivity suite (B2B SaaS) used by the alternative investment industry to streamline their work processes and develop insights needed to make the best investment decisions. I led the redesign of the overall Backstop UI, and led the design of a flagship offering: Home Base. This new experience let Backstop users may see a range of data aggregated in a single place customized to suite their specific needs. Home Base is targeted at investment managers who want to monitor their team’s activities and performance, overall win rate, pipeline health, lead sources and more.
